James 2:14-26 | Rick Cornejo True faith isn’t just something we say—it’s something we live. James reminds us that if we have Jesus in our hearts, it should be evident in our lives. While works don’t save us, real faith naturally produces visible change. Just as Jesus didn’t only talk about love and obedience but demonstrated them in action, our trust in God should be reflected in how we live. Faith isn’t stagnant; it moves, proves itself, and results in obedience. As Hebrews 11:1 tells us, faith shows the reality of what we hope for. James challenges us to examine whether our faith is real. If we truly trust God, it should be clear in our actions. Salvation is by grace alone through faith, but when we are saved, transformation follows. Packinghouse’s Sunday evening worship service from February 16, 2025.
